Sales Manager
This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer service abilities, with a keen focus on leveraging social media and digital platforms for promotional activities.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s brand presence through proactive sales strategies and digital outreach. Commitment, adaptability, and a sales-oriented mindset are essential for thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed company revenue targets.
- Engage and communicate effectively with prospects and clients via phone, email, and in person to build long-term business relationships.
- Create, manage, and monitor social media marketing campaigns and digital promotions to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively, adapting tactics to changing market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless delivery of products and services.
- Meet deadlines and sales targets, managing multiple priorities efficiently even under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales, business development, or marketing role.
- Experience managing social media campaigns and digital promotions (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
