Accounts Payable Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in GHL, works independently, and can deliver reliable automations for a lending-related workflow.

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and manage our CRM, pipelines, workflows, and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities: 

    • Proven experience working extensively with GoHighLevel (GHL)
    • Strong expertise in workflows, automations, and pipeline design
    • Clear and effective English communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
    • Demonstrated ability to build reliable, error-free automations
    • Experience developing GHL systems for lending or financial companies


Required Skills

  • Simple loan workflow: Lead inquiry → Review/approve → Document collection → Funding
  • Track borrowers and referral partners in separate pipelines
  • Automated notifications, follow-ups, and reminders
  • Fast response system - most leads need quick yes/no decisions
  • Monthly event management and reminders
  • Member portal and engagement tracking
  • Custom pipelines with appropriate stages
  • Lead capture forms
  • Website creation on GHL
  • Core automation workflows
  • SMS/Email 2-way communication setup
  • Basic reporting dashboards


Qualifications 
  • Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience in a professional environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proved experience in Go High Level
