Go High Level Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) Specialist to join our Administrative team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining advanced automations, CRM pipelines, and communication workflows within Go High Level to support lending-related operational processes.
This position requires a strong technical understanding of GHL, CRM logic, and automation strategy, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
Design and implement automation workflows within Go High Level to support lending-related pipelines and processes.
Develop and manage CRM configurations, including pipelines, custom fields, tags, triggers, and segmentation.
Create automated communication sequences (e.g., email, SMS, voicemail, chatbot) tailored to lending workflows and compliance requirements.
Streamline lead intake, qualification, follow-up, and nurturing through advanced GHL automations.
Maintain and improve integrations between GHL and third-party tools (loan origination systems, form builders, calendars, marketing platforms).
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot automation issues, and implement proactive solutions.
Audit existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, errors, or opportunities for optimization.
Ensure accurate data mapping and data cleanliness across the CRM and connected systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Produce documentation for workflows, processes, and automations for internal reference and future use.
Requirements
Proven, hands-on experience using Go High Level (GHL) to build pipelines, workflows, automations, and communication sequences.
Strong understanding of sales, CRM logic, and lead management processes (experience in lending or financial services is a plus).
Experience integrating GHL with third-party tools via APIs, Zapier, or Make.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot workflow or automation issues quickly.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring clean data, accurate mapping, and reliable automation performance.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines without supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into effective automation solutions.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, or analytics inside CRM systems (preferred).
Familiarity with email/SMS automation, tagging systems, segmentation, and pipeline optimization.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
