We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Case Manager to manage and coordinate workers’ compensation claims. The ideal candidate will ensure timely case resolution, communicate effectively with all parties, and provide excellent support to clients and employees.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee workers’ compensation cases from initial claim to closure.
Assess and document client needs, claim details, and medical information.
Coordinate with medical providers, insurance carriers, employers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor claim progress and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide timely updates to clients, supervisors, and other relevant parties.
Identify potential issues and implement solutions to expedite claims.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation in case management systems.
Educate clients on the claims process and available resources.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing workers’ compensation claims or related case management.
Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency with case management software and virtual communication tools.
