Case Manager
Join a U.S. law firm as a Case Manager! Seeking candidates with PI/New Jersey experience, fluent English, and strong organization skills. Filevine experience is a plus.
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with U.S. law firms, specifically handling Personal Injury (PI) cases and New Jersey-based cases. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while providing outstanding client support.
Responsibilities
Assess client needs through phone interviews and ongoing communication.
Develop personalized care or service plans based on each client’s situation.
Provide regular follow-up on client progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Maintain communication with service providers, family members, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Document all interactions, updates, and case information accurately in digital systems.
Conduct periodic evaluations and report findings to supervisors or team members.
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and necessary services to support client wellbeing.
Keep case files organized, complete, and updated at all times.
Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
Previous experience handling Personal Injury (PI) cases, preferably with New Jersey case exposure.
Experience working with U.S. law firms required.
Prior Case Manager experience preferred.
Fluent English level (C2 – conversational and professional communication).
Experience using Filevine is preferred.
Availability to work from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Honduras Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM New Jersey Time).
Must be located in Honduras (Tegucigalpa on-site preferred / remote within Honduras accepted).
