Requirements:
1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative
C2 or near-native English proficiency required
Previous experience working directly with US clients
Immediate availability and ability to work regular office hours
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in Legal, Medical, or Real Estate industries is highly valued
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to US-based clients
