Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a high-caliber, C2-proficient Virtual Assistant to provide expert administrative and operational support to our US-based clients. If you have 1–2 years of experience.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, providing world-class support to our US-based clients. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses impeccable communication skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative is required.
Language Mastery: C2 / Near-native English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory for seamless communication with US stakeholders.
Regional Expertise: Previous experience working directly with US-based clients is essential.
Industry Knowledge: While we are open to all VA backgrounds, additional experience in Medical, Legal, or Real Estate industries is highly valued.
Technical Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in CRM/EHR systems or project management tools.
Reliability: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional work ethic, and a dedicated workspace.
Availability: Immediate availability to work regular US office hours.
