Nonprofit Coordinator

The Nonprofit Coordinator is responsible for managing communications, donor operations, reporting, and overall account coordination for nonprofit clients. This role ensures that all outreach efforts, donor engagement processes, and internal workflows are executed efficiently, consistently, and aligned with each client’s goals. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects across different accounts.
Responsibilities :
Develop and manage annual and monthly communications calendars.
Create and distribute monthly newsletters, including performance tracking.
Manage and schedule social media content across key platforms.
Repurpose content across multiple channels (newsletter, social, website).
Coordinate editorial calendars with internal teams and clients.
Handle gift entry, donor acknowledgments, and CRM updates.
Maintain accurate donor records, segmentation, and data hygiene.
Monitor donor insights and support fundraising strategies.
Generate monthly reports on donations, pipeline, and retention.
Build dashboards for email and social media performance metrics.
Prepare board-level reports and performance summaries.
Collaborate with content and advancement teams.
Support client onboarding and ensure organized workflows.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in nonprofit communications, development operations, or a related field.
Experience working with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
Experience creating email newsletters and managing social media platforms.
Strong copy editing and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with donor intelligence and research tools.
Experience with CRM migrations (e.g., Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud).
Experience building dashboards and board-level reports.
Knowledge of nonprofit or philanthropic environments.
