Legal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with proven experience working in a U.S.-based law firm.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, manage case documentation, communicate with clients, and ensure compliance with U.S. legal procedures and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, and reports.
Manage and update legal files, databases, and case management systems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and deadlines.
Handle internal and external correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Conduct basic legal research and collect relevant documents or case law.
Requirements:
Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field; paralegal or legal assistant certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role in a U.S. law firm
