Case Manager Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Case Manager Assistant to support our personal injury team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in personal injury case management and be comfortable coordinating clients, medical providers, and internal team members to ensure cases progress efficiently.
Only candidates residing in Latin America will be considered.
Responsibilities
Follow up on client intakes, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
Track and update liability status for active cases.
Confirm and document whether clients attended their initial medical appointments.
Assist with ongoing case tracking and provide status updates within the case management system.
Prepare, review, and manage declaration pages and related legal documents.
Maintain organized and up-to-date digital case files.
Ensure all case documentation is accurate, timely, and properly filed.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding case status and next steps.
Coordinate with medical offices to verify appointments and monitor treatment progress.
Escalate case-related issues to the Case Manager or attorney as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in personal injury case management (mandatory).
Prior experience as a Case Manager Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Near-native English or C2 level proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows and terminology.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and follow-ups simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
