Medical Scheduler
We are looking for a Medical Scheduler with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent support to clients and customers by answering inquiries, guiding them through processes, and ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.
Your work will help strengthen customer relationships and uphold our reputation for outstanding support.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information or solutions.
Guide customers through processes and answer questions about services courteously.
Document all customer communications and issues in the CRM system, keeping accurate, organized records for reference and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, call center, help desk, or medical support roles is highly valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively to a diverse audience.
Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Empathetic, patient, and solutions‑focused approach to customer support.
Respect for confidentiality and high ethical standards in all interactions.
