Medical Scheduler

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information or solutions to resolve problems effectively.
- Guide customers through processes, answer questions about services, and ensure all needs are addressed courteously.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, maintaining accurate and organized records for reference and reporting.
- Identify recurring customer feedback and recommend enhancements to improve service quality or product offerings.
- Assist customers with account management tasks, billing inquiries, and order processing as needed.
- Support a positive, inclusive team culture by sharing knowledge and contributing to ongoing service improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or degree in a related field, such as communication, business, or customer service.
- Having experience in a customer service, call center, help desk, or medical support role is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to a diverse customer base effectively.
- Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities for understanding and addressing a range of customer concerns.
- Proficient with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), and comfortable learning new technologies.
- Empathetic, patient, and solutions-focused approach to customer support.
- Respect for confidentiality and high ethical standards in all customer and company interactions.
