Payroll & Invoicing Executive
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in payroll and billing processes? We are looking for a Payroll & Invoicing Administrator to support our finance and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately on a bi-weekly/monthly basis
Calculate deductions, benefits, and ensure compliance with labor regulations (IHSS, RAP, SAR)
Generate and manage client invoices in a timely manner.
Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain billing records
Support administrative tasks such as document management and reporting.
Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for payroll and financial processes.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee and financial records.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll and/or invoicing.
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
English proficiency (written and spoken).
