We are seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our Law Firm and serve as the first point of contact for clients. This role is essential in creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient environment while supporting daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing clear and empathetic information about legal services and processes
Assist with client inquiries and ensure a positive client experience
Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary
Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth office operations
Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools
