Case Manager
We are hiring a Case Manager to handle PI cases, coordinate clients and providers, track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth, organized communication across all parties daily with precision
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager to oversee Personal Injury cases and ensure a smooth process from intake through resolution. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail while working with clients, providers, and legal teams.
Responsibilities:
Assess client needs and case requirements
Develop and manage individualized case plans
Maintain communication with clients, providers, and stakeholders
Monitor case progress and provide consistent follow-ups
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and services
Maintain accurate and updated case documentation
Track deadlines, treatments, and legal/medical milestones
Advocate for client needs and ensure timely support
Prepare reports and case summaries
Ensure smooth coordination between all involved parties
Requirements:
Personal Injury experience (required)
Experience working with U.S. law firms (required)
Near-native / C2 English proficiency (written and verbal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with legal/medical/insurance processes
Experience managing case files and documentation
Familiarity with systems such as Casepeer, Filevine, Clio, or similar (preferred)
