We’re hiring a Client Relations Coordinator to handle client calls, provide case updates, follow up with insurers and medical providers, and keep every case organized and on track from start to finish
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely updates, clear communication, and a smooth experience throughout their case process.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to client calls, messages, and inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate and timely case status updates to clients.
Follow up consistently with insurance adjusters to ensure progress on claims.
Coordinate and follow up with medical providers regarding treatment and documentation.
Send documents to clients for signature and ensure proper completion and tracking.
Maintain organized records of all communications and case updates.
Qualifications:
Strong client communication and customer service skills, with the ability to keep clients informed, reassured, and supported throughout the settlement process.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to calendar follow-ups, monitor deadlines, and manage reminders effectively.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
