• Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.
• Manage client records and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with firm policies.
• Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to legal staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• 1+ years of experience in client service, intake, call center, administrative, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and learning new digital tools quickly.
