We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a dynamic healthcare environment. Responsibilities
•Comprehensive Patient Communication: Managing all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts with high attention to detail and professionalism.
•Scheduling: Organizing and maintaining the provider’s calendar, ensuring appointments are booked accurately and efficiently to optimize clinic productivity.
•Administrative Records Management: Updating files, verifying information, and ensuring all documentation meets practice standards.
•Patient Liaison: Serving as a knowledgeable resource for patients, using medical terminology to clarify procedures, instructions, or next steps.
•Quality Control: Following up with patients regarding reminders, missed appointments, or necessary paperwork to ensure a high level of patient retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
• C2 English Level, Near Native English
• Prior experience supporting administrative tasks and handling client-facing support.
• Naturally proactive and resourceful.
