Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate patient appointments with healthcare providers.

• Confirm, remind, and reschedule appointments while addressing any patient concerns.

• Provide patients with clear instructions about appointment requirements, preparation steps, and clinic locations.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize appointment flow and patient experience.

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in the medical field is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a patient-focused mindset.
