Intake Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Intake Specialist to support the intake and onboarding process for personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, manage case setup and documentation, and ensure all case information is accurately maintained within the firm’s case management system.
Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and conduct intake calls
Gather and document case details, including injuries, liability, and insurance information
Enter, organize, and maintain accurate case information in CasePeer
Manage client onboarding and required legal documentation
Maintain organized and updated case files, tasks, and deadlines
Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and internal team members
Monitor incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up across all intake channels
Support ongoing case administration and maintain accurate case progress records
Qualifications :
Prior experience in legal intake, case management, or administrative support required
Personal injury experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience with CasePeer or similar case management software preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Strong multitasking, documentation, and follow-through abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
