Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager with a strong background in Personal Injury law and medical lien negotiation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with U.S. law firms, reviewing medical billing records, negotiating medical liens and balances, and coordinating resolutions with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other involved parties.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and proven experience negotiating liens within the personal injury sector.
Responsibilities
Negotiate medical liens, outstanding balances, and settlement reductions on behalf of clients.
Review and analyze medical billing records, lien documentation, settlement information, and account balances.
Communicate and coordinate with medical providers, attorneys, law firms, lien holders, insurance companies, and other involved parties to reach appropriate resolutions.
Request, review, and organize documentation related to medical treatment, billing, and liens.
Identify discrepancies or issues in billing records and coordinate with the appropriate parties to resolve them.
Negotiate reductions and payment arrangements while working toward favorable case resolutions.
Maintain accurate and organized records of negotiations, agreements, balances, and case updates.
Follow up consistently with providers and other parties to ensure timely resolution of outstanding liens and balances.
Manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Provide clear and professional communication with internal teams and external parties throughout the lien resolution process.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and case information appropriately.
Perform other case management and administrative duties related to lien resolution as needed.
Qualifications
C2 English Level (Fluent)
Previous experience working with a U.S. law firm
Personal Injury (PI) law firm experience required
Medical lien negotiation experience required
Experience negotiating medical liens, balances, and settlement reductions
Proven experience as a lien negotiator within the Personal Injury sector
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Experience reviewing medical billing records and lien documentation
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive in problem-solving.
Familiarity with legal tools and documentation procedures.
