Intake Specialist
As the first point of contact for new clients, your role will be essential in setting a positive tone for our service while gathering critical information and ensuring an exceptional client experience
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Intake Specialist to support lead qualification and client intake processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage client information accurately in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and referrals, and conduct structured intake interviews
Gather and verify client and accident information with accuracy and empathy
Evaluate and pre-qualify cases based on firm criteria and escalate when needed
Enter and organize case data in CRM/case management systems
Collect and upload supporting documentation (reports, photos, insurance, medical records)
Explain and obtain signed retainer agreements to convert qualified leads
Follow up with leads and missed calls to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate records, confidentiality, and compliance with firm policies
Coordinate with attorneys and case managers during case transition
Support team communication and intake process improvements
Requirements:
Experience in sales, customer support, or the legal field required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads efficiently
