Intake Specialist
As the first point of contact for new clients, your role will be essential in setting a positive tone for our service while gathering critical information and ensuring an exceptional client experience
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high‑quality client intake processes within a professional team environment, helping ensure that every client receives a welcoming and informative first experience.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
Conduct detailed intake interviews to collect required personal, legal, or medical information, depending on client needs.
Accurately document all client information in the intake management system while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.
Evaluate client inquiries to determine eligibility or next steps and route cases to the appropriate departments or professionals.
Provide clear and empathetic information about services, processes, timelines, and address any client questions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in client service, intake, call center, administrative, or related roles.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
High level of organization, time management, and ability to multitask.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
