Case Manager Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Case Manager Assistant with prior experience in Personal Injury law to join our team onsite. This role supports Case Managers in handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring smooth case progression and excellent client communication.
Responsibilities :
Assist Case Managers with day-to-day case handling tasks
Maintain and update case files in the case management system
Collect and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Follow up with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents as requested
Schedule appointments, depositions, and meetings
Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
Provide status updates to clients when needed
Support pre-litigation processes and settlement documentation
Qualifications :
Previous experience in Personal Injury law (required)
Experience working as a Case Manager Assistant or similar legal support role
Strong understanding of personal injury processes (medical records, demand packages, liens, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
