Case Manager Assistant
In this essential support role, you will work closely with our case management team to help clients access services, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth experience.
We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented, and compassionate Case Manager Assistant to support our case management team.
In this role, you will assist case managers in ensuring a smooth experience for clients by helping coordinate communications, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing essential administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Assist case managers in managing client cases from intake through resolution.
Coordinate communications between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case files and documentation.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and court appearances.
Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
Provide general administrative support to the case management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
English proficiency is required.
Experience in a legal, administrative, or client‑support role is a plus.
