Key Responsibilities in Sales and Customer Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture strong relationship with wholesale (e.g., mortgage brokers).
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wholesale channel.
• Daily outbound calls and emails to loan officers
• Provided daily rate sheet and get mortgage brokers signed up.
• Manage and track sales for each client.
