We are seeking a proactive and client‑focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal support. In this role, you will gather key information, assist clients with initial inquiries, and help guide them through the intake process while maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
Accurately document all client information in our intake management system, maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.
Evaluate client inquiries to determine eligibility or next steps and route cases to appropriate departments or professionals.
Provide clear and empathetic information about our services, process, timelines, and address any client questions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma.
1+ years of experience in client service, intake, call center, administrative roles, and/or experience in personal injury or working with a U.S. law firm.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
High level of organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and learning new digital tools quickly.
