We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support the day-to-day HR operations. This role is key in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, supporting administrative processes, and contributing to a positive and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee records & HR database management
Onboarding & offboarding support
Payroll support & pay stubs preparation
Private insurance & HR requests handling
Vacations, leaves & attendance tracking
Coordination workshops
Support culture initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
1–3 years of HR experience
Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong organization and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
English proficiency (written and spoken).
