We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Freelance Seasonal Recruiter to support our Human Resources team on a contract basis. This is a temporary, project-based opportunity ideal for an independent professional who can manage the full recruitment cycle and help attract top talent across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Support onboarding activities when required

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• English proficiency (spoken and written)
