We are looking for a punctual, organized, and responsible individual with strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
The position involves managing electronic correspondence, including reviewing, responding to, and sending relevant documentation such as bills, medical reports, legal notices, faxes, and other administrative documents.
Responsibilities :
- Review medical reports and faxes, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
- Verify that all documents are correctly filled out, up to date, and ready for dispatch.
- Respond to and follow up on emails promptly and professionally.
- Organize and archive all sent and received documentation.
- Ensure that all shared information meets accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in a back office, healthcare administration, or medical office assistant role preferred.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email), and standard medical office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling medical information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize task.
