As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding accounts while maintaining professional and effective communication with clients. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Recover outstanding client accounts

Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to follow up on payments

Negotiate payment plans and resolve account issues

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities

Provide excellent customer service while meeting collection targets

Requirements

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Previous experience in sales or collections, preferably handling U.S. campaigns

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Results-driven with the ability to meet targets
