Responsibilities
Recover outstanding client accounts
Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to follow up on payments
Negotiate payment plans and resolve account issues
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
Provide excellent customer service while meeting collection targets
Requirements
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Previous experience in sales or collections, preferably handling U.S. campaigns
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Results-driven with the ability to meet targets
