As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding accounts while working from our office location. You will maintain professional and effective communication with clients in a structured, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Recover outstanding client accounts

• Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on payments from the office

• Negotiate payment plans and resolve account issues

• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet collection goals

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting collection targets

Requirements

• Bilingual: English & Spanish

• Availability to work on-site (presencial)

• Previous experience in Collections (REQUIRED) — preferably with U.S. campaigns

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Results-driven with the ability to meet targets
