We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Intake Specialist to join a fast-paced U.S. personal injury law firm. This role is key in managing initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intake, including initial screenings and information gathering

• Collect and organize required documentation

• Update and manage client information in CRM systems

• Coordinate client onboarding, consultations, and follow-ups

• Communicate effectively with potential clients and internal teams

• Sign and convert qualified leads into retained clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Intake Specialist in a U.S. law firm

• Personal Injury (PI) experience required

• Proven experience signing qualified leads

• C2 English level (fluent with good accent)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on-site

• High attention to detail and organization skills
