Telehealth Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team! If you have a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you.

🩺 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual consultations with patients via video call
  • Evaluate symptoms, provide diagnoses, and recommend treatment plans
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all telehealth regulations and standards
✅ Requirements:
  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and a valid medical license
  • Previous clinical experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and bedside manner
  • Comfortable using telemedicine platforms and digital health tools
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, private workspace
  • English C2
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
