The Telehealth Care Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality remote medical care to patients through virtual consultations, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and accurately managing clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual interactions with patients to assess needs, provide guidance, and support care plans following established protocols

• Coordinate patient care between providers, clinics, and other healthcare professionals

• Accurately document patient interactions and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)

• Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communications

• Utilize telehealth platforms and digital tools to ensure efficient service delivery

• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations

• Report outcomes and progress in alignment with client or clinic requirements

Requirements

• Healthcare-related education or equivalent experience (Nursing, Medical Assistant, Health Administration, etc.)

• Experience working as a Medical Scribe in clinical or telehealth environments, with strong ability to document clinical encounters and provider-patient interactions.

• Previous experience in telehealth, virtual care coordination, or remote patient support

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and telemedicine platforms

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for telehealth services

• High ethical standards and attention to patient privacy
