We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our healthcare team in a Back Office Medical position.

Responsibilities :
- Assist healthcare providers by preparing, updating, and maintaining patient medical records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, patient check-in, and check-out processes to ensure efficient workflow and a positive experience.
- Support clinical staff in managing patient files, diagnostic reports, referrals, insurance forms, and other essential documentation.
- Communicate with insurance companies, laboratories, and external healthcare partners to facilitate claims, authorizations, and medical information requests.
- Support process improvements and the adoption of digital tools for enhanced patient record management and office efficiency.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities as required.
- Serve as a resource for patients and care teams, delivering excellent service and supporting a caring, inclusive healthcare environment.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or medical office administration certificate preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in a back office, healthcare administration, or medical office assistant role preferred.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email), and standard medical office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling medical information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with patients, providers, and stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining accuracy and patient focus.
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to provide support to healthcare providers, patients, and team members.
- Bilingual or multilingual language skills are valued but not required.
- Adaptable, solution-focused, and eager to contribute positively to evolving healthcare operations.
