HubSpot Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator & Automation Specialist to serve as the technical owner of our CRM ecosystem.
This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing HubSpot across all hubs, leveraging advanced automation, AI agents, integrations, and payment solutions to improve efficiency and scalability across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities
Administer and optimize HubSpot across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations), including users, permissions, and governance.
Design, build, and maintain advanced workflows and automations for lead management, sales processes, nurturing, and data validation.
Configure and manage Breeze AI agents, chatbots, and AI-powered automations to improve efficiency and user experience.
Implement and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools, ensuring accurate and reliable data synchronization.
Set up and manage HubSpot Payments, including quote-to-cash, subscriptions, and automated payment workflows.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to track performance, automation impact, and business KPIs.
Ensure data quality, CRM adoption, and continuous platform optimization.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM and automation solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator managing all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations).
Strong expertise in workflow automation, including complex logic, lead routing, scoring, and multi-step processes.
Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot Breeze AI agents, chatbots, and AI-driven automations.
Solid knowledge of CRM architecture, data modeling, and data hygiene.
Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and APIs (native integrations, webhooks, data sync).
Experience setting up HubSpot Payments and third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal).
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
HubSpot certifications required (Platform Consulting, Workflow Automation); additional certifications are a plus.
3+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot administration or RevOps/MarOps environments.
