Administrative & Marketing Assistant
You will be responsible for building the CEO’s personal brand, driving networking efforts within the healthcare ecosystem, and ensuring our consulting projects run with precision.
We are looking for a dynamic, multi-faceted professional to serve as the "right hand" to our CEO. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Digital Marketing, Business Development, and Operational Support.
Only candidates residing in Latin America will be considered.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding: Execute the CEO's digital strategy and design all visual materials (proposals, brochures, and decks) using Canva.
Business Development: Research healthcare leads, manage the sales pipeline, and execute follow-ups to schedule meetings with clinic owners and directors.
Consulting Support: Assist in fractional COO projects by gathering data and creating client deliverables like workflows, checklists, and summarized reports.
Executive Support: Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize tasks, and draft high-level professional correspondence and meeting notes.
Network Growth: Support the CEO during healthcare events and conferences to capture leads and maintain structured contact databases.
Requirements
Near-Native English (C2)
Previous experience in administrative support or marketing assistance.
Naturally proactive and resourceful.
People-oriented — enjoys building connections.
Fast learner, disciplined, and structured.
Positive, solution-focused, and comfortable around high-level
professionals.
Interested in growing within the healthcare consulting space.
